(the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Rental Policy. If you do not consent to the same, please do not access or use the Service.
We may modify this Rental Policy at any time without any prior notice to you and will post the revised Rental Policy on the Service. The revised Policy will be effective 180 days from when the revised Policy is posted in the Service and your continued access or use of the Service after such time will constitute your acceptance of the revised Rental Policy. Driver Restrictions and underage surcharge:
Drivers must be between the ages of 21 and 75 years of age to drive cars and between 25 and 75 years of age to drive vans, buses and luxury SUVs. Driver’s Licence must be at least 1 year old for persons between the ages of 23 – 75 years and 3 years for persons under 23 years. For buses, vans and luxury SUVs the persons Driver’s Licence must be a minimum of 3 years old.

Smoke Free Cars:
Smoking is not permitted in our rental vehicles. Special cleaning charges may apply for excessive odours and burns. Please check with our counter agents for more details
If we want to use your information for any other purpose, we will ask you for consent and will use your information only on receiving your consent and then, only for the purpose(s) for which grant consent unless we are required to do otherwise by law.

Cancellations:
There are no cancellation fees applicable for car rental services. However, a cancellation fee may apply for Private Transfers or other ground transportation services which have been booked and where we have not been notified in good time that the chauffeur is no longer needed.

Delivery and Collection of Cars:
Free delivery and pickup within a one mile radius of any branch location.

Fuel Deposit/ Return:
A deposit for a full tank is taken at the beginning of the rental. Simply return with a full tank for a refund. Vehicles returned with less than a full tank will be charged at a rate higher than the retail pump price as we include a service fee. Vehicles should be returned with the same level as when collected. No credit or refund will be given for petrol brought back in excess of what was received. .
